I'm thinking it would make a good use if we can have multiple fishing spots. Players often just cross the river and never sit still for a moment and admire the view. Having a place to hangout is good.

The RNG fishing is not very competitive, just luck. We need to come up with something to make it more interesting.

Correct its not competitive but some players are also not and don't care about being competitive. I also agree we need more interesting things but also a mix for other players play styles.. So RNG - Luck - Chill - Competitive we need a mix of them all. What do you got in mind to make fishing competitive?

Since it is heavily RNG, it is hard to make it competitive. I actually think it's a fun time to chill with friends and players.

But, if we want to make it competitive, I can think of few things:
1. Let's say in an event, player catches the most gummybears. Reward them with consumable buffs or legendary repair kit. Or in other different events, players catches the most hot dogs. Reward them with with the same thing. The reward must compete with no. 3.

2. We can place bets.

3. Elimination. For example: if a player catches legendary item. They're eliminated, because the price of gold for legendary item is high. But they will never get the buffs (no. 1).

This is what I can think of at least.

I like it I will reward the player catches the most gummy bears a extra item or extra gold amount.
